Luca Bajada
Graduate Structural Engineer
Luca recently graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and has commenced his professional career in structural engineering. During his final year of study, he completed a structural engineering internship/undergraduate role with 4D Workshop, gaining practical experience in structural design, analysis and project delivery. Since completing his degree in mid-2026, Luca has joined 4D Workshop as a full-time Structural Engineer, building on his academic foundation while developing practical experience across a range of structural engineering projects.

What’s the best place you’ve travelled to?
My favourite place that I've travelled to has been Chongqing, China.
What’s the best book you’ve read recently?
East of Eden, but I haven't finished it just yet so I'm hoping it sticks the landing.
What’s your favourite food?
I can't pick just one food so it would be a combination of arancini, lasagna, steak and cannoli.
What’s your favourite movie?
My Letterbox Top 4 is Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Dead Poets Society, In the Name of the Father and Chef.
What’s something you’ve done, but you’ll never do again?
Sky diving but I would absolutely do it again.
Are you a dog person or a cat person?
Definitely a dog person, I have a Spoodle called Millie and a Labrador called Stella.
