Warehouse and office development consisting of 10 strata units. The site was a former sand quarry and commercial tip which had significant impact on the foundation and warehouse ground slab construction. CFA bored piles to support a fully reinforced suspended ground beams and slab to all warehouse and office buildings. A methane extraction system was also used under the ground slab areas.
