A 25-level purpose-built residential student accommodation tower adjacent to the Welsh Church in La Trobe Street. The façade comprises of a series of shifting load bearing individual precast panels that provide the building with its unique look. The building provides accommodation, communal leisure space and management facilities for 1250 students and staff.
