495 Collins Street, Melbourne

The proposed project will see a major redevelopment of the site at 495 Collins Street Melbourne, currently occupied by the Intercontinental Hotel, comprising a new mixed-use Commercial Office / Retail tower, integrated with retained components of the significant heritage building fabric in the site. The proposed design includes a mixed-use expansion that will deliver maximum GFA for A grade office floor plates and luxury hotel facilitates. The existing, non-heritage Winfield building will be demolished as part of the redevelopment proposal.
