The development delivered 372 inpatient beds, 72 same day beds, 10 new operating theatres, a regional cancer centre, an 80 bed integrated mental health facility, a mother and baby unit, a helipad, a 128-room hotel, retail shops and cafes, and parking for 1350 cars. 4D Workshop provided structural certification services.
